Super Spirit Friday and Tailgate Party

Friday, October 22nd (tomorrow!) is Super Spirit Friday.

Wear ORANGE and BLACK to show support for KeHS.

Or wear NAVY and YELLOW to show support for SHS.

Also, the 2nd Annual Tailgate Party is tomorrow evening starting at 5:30 pm in the north parking lot.

Tailgate activities include:

free face painting

friendly flag football

marimba band

visit from cheer squad

Tailgate Party

In conjunciton with our Super Spirit Friday we are kicking off the weekend with our first Family Fun Night! Come join the fun at our 2nd Annual Tailgate Party before the Kennewick vs. Southridge football game. Family Fun Nights are a great chance to associate with and meet people who are part of the Southgate community. Bring a chair and join us for an evening of fun.

Tailgate starts @ 5:30 pm

Game time: 7:30 pm

Football Tickets: $5/adults, $3/ students

Location: North parking lot of the Fruitland Building

A member of the PTG will have a prize for everyone who dresses up for Super Spirit Friday, so join the fun and support your team.

Author Matt Faulkner

Award winning children's book author and illustrator Matt Faulkner will be visiting Southgate on Friday, October 22nd (Super Spirit Friday!). He has created over 30 books for children and he will be talking to our children about the writing and illustrating process.

Read with your child 20 minutes every day!

Southgate Night at the Americans

Gather your friends and enjoy Ams Hockey!

Southgate Night at The Americans is Saturday, October 30th. The Americans will be battling Prince George. Southgate will receive a donation from The Americans for each ticket purchased through the Southgate PTG. Wear your Southgate Dragon shirt/sweatshirt and come join the fun!

Box Tops!

Collecting Box Tops is an easy way to earn money for our school. The current classroom competition ends this week! All box tops to be included in this competition are due on Friday, October 15th by 3:00 pm.

Please trim the box tops and check the expiration date, we cannot use expired box tops.
